Creator Program Terms

These terms explain how the FaceBliss Creator Program works for approved creators participating through Shopify Collabs.

How it works

  1. Apply to the FaceBliss Creator Program and, once approved, access your unique affiliate link and discount code in Shopify Collabs.
  2. Share honest, original content featuring FaceBliss products on your social channels.
  3. Your followers receive 10% off eligible purchases when they use your creator code or tracked link.
  4. You earn a 15% commission on eligible net product sales attributed to your link or code.

Commission and tracking

  • Commission is calculated on eligible product revenue after discounts. Shipping, taxes, gift cards, canceled orders, returns, refunds, chargebacks, and fraudulent orders are excluded.
  • Attribution, order status, and earnings are tracked in your Shopify Collabs dashboard.
  • Payouts are issued through Shopify Collabs after eligible orders are validated. Your account shows the available payout method and timing.
  • If an order is returned, refunded, canceled, charged back, or determined to be fraudulent, the related commission may be withheld or reversed.

Creator responsibilities

  • Clearly disclose your relationship with FaceBliss in every relevant post, video, story, or other promotion. Use clear language such as “ad,” “gifted,” or “paid partnership,” as applicable, and follow FTC and platform disclosure rules.
  • Share your genuine experience. Do not make medical claims, promise guaranteed results, or describe FaceBliss products as diagnosing, treating, curing, or preventing a condition.
  • Do not use spam, misleading claims, fake engagement, coupon-code websites, impersonation, or paid search ads that bid on FaceBliss brand terms without written permission.
  • Only use content, trademarks, and brand assets you have permission to use.

Program administration

FaceBliss may review suspicious or abusive activity and withhold or reverse commission on ineligible orders. We may update, pause, or end the program, including the commission or follower discount, with notice through Shopify Collabs. Participation is also subject to the applicable Shopify Collabs terms and policies.
