Return Window
Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- unused,
- unopened, and
- in its original sealed packaging.
Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we do not accept returns for items that have been opened or used, unless the item is defective or damaged.
Return Shipping Costs
For standard returns of eligible unopened items, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible at facebliss.skincare@gmail.com.
In cases of confirmed product defect or damage, FaceBliss Beauty will cover the return shipping cost and issue a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been opened or used, except in cases where the item is confirmed to be defective.

Please do not send any item back without contacting us first and receiving return instructions.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
